Prismacolour and Rapidograph Anatomical Drawings

Something I struggled with quite a bit in this unit was time management. Though I tried not to, I always got too caught up in the pencil sketch beforehand. I know we were not meant to spend too much time on this, however I need the contour lines to be relatively accurate before I make it too permanent. As someone who struggles with getting the correct shape quickly, it was difficult to not spend too long on the sketch. Due to this, I never fully completed any drawing.

Something else that threw me off with the prismacolours was trying to create a smoother transition of colour. The colour swatches seemed to work well together, however when I went to apply them to the drawing, it ended up looking clunky.

While I loved working with both the prismacolours and the rapidographs, I feel that both require a lot of technique and time. I would love to work with this for more extended periods of time, where I don't feel stressed and rushed to finish the drawings.
